when you use arlo, we collect your voice recordings solely to generate transcripts, summaries, and action items. we also collect basic account information (email address) to provide the service.
your recordings are processed to produce your notes and are not used for any other purpose. we do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. processed notes are stored securely and accessible only to you.
all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. voice recordings are deleted after processing unless you choose to keep them. you can delete your notes and account at any time.
we use third-party services for audio transcription and summarization. these providers process your data under strict contractual obligations and do not retain it beyond what is needed to deliver results.
you can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or close your account at any time by contacting us. we will respond within 30 days.
